I'm a hobbyist. And I bake to eat. I love cookies & you can definitely
call me a cookie monster.
I bake from recipes I searched online. There ain't much in my collection,
however, the recipes I collected are very simple, with success confirmed!

Macarons making.
Cute macarons, ain't they?
I finally made some to give to a colleague. Two of my colleagues who tried them like these petit four. And one even commented that the texture was so good. I'm so happy about they turned out good.(ꉺᗜꉺ)
Of course, before the success, it comes with failed attempt as well. Up till now, I had a total of four bakes on these delicate cookies. The first trial was quite a good try. Quite as I didn't check my oven temperature with oven thermometer. Thus resulting in overbaked macarons with browning. Yes, there are feet on my macarons for the 1st try.
While looking into the oven window during the baking, I was really overjoyed at the sight of raised feet on the mini macarons. (ノ≧∀≦)ノ
They looked so lovely and ... having filled these shells with a normal recipe buttercream... oh... I couldn't stop eating one after another.
And next, my 2nd bake. This time I couldn't attain the feet. Most probably I was using liquid coloring. This let me know that some rules are to adhere strictly to in baking.
No photo for the 2nd bake as, I am still upset over it (o´_`o)
Soon after, I tried out my 3rd & 4th makings.

Hooray!!! I made it!
I would like to tell everyone, don't be discouraged if you have failed making a pretty macaron. You can follow the tips which I think are essential during my baking process.
Tips:
- I follow youTuber Alisa TokyoSelect instructions & recipe. Link is here.
- Using liquid coloring is a big NO to the batter.
- Please watch the youTube video for instructions on how to macaronage. This is very important to achieve the correct batter consistency. & hence the pretty macarons for everyone. ღවꇳවღ
- Never skip the step to rest the piped batter till it is non tacky to touch. This gives the feet everyone is praying for. ʘ‿ʘ
